2021 IPMC Crash Course (with 2024 updates) Part 2

Building on Part 1, we will power through the remaining Chapters of the 2021 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC). We will also continue reviewing updates made in the 2024 code. Through an engaging and fast-paced format, we will learn practical skills needed to effectively apply the IPMC in the field and tackle the ICC exam. Time allowing, we will introduce the IRC & LACA references and review test taking strategies to boost your confidence (because, let's face it, sometimes it feels like exam writers are speaking a different language!). Don’t forget to bring your IPMC book for Part 2. Participation is required! No zoning out, we have codes to conquer!
