Tim is currently a Chief Building Official/Supervisor of Inspections for a municipality in the State of Connecticut. He has over 35 years of experience in the electrical industry. He founded Electrical Training Services and has been an electrical instructor for over 20 years. He is on the State of Connecticut Codes and Standards Committee. He is a Principal member on Code Making Panel 3 for the 2026 National Electrical Code and has been a Code Making Panel 3 member since 2017. He is the 1st Vice Chair on NFPA’s Electrical Inspector Member Section Executive Board. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Eastern Section, Connecticut Chapter, of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, and is on Underwriter Laboratories Standards Technical Panels 467 and 486.
