Vice President, Colorado Chapter of ICCRachel Patterson is a Code Professional with over 16 years of enforcement experience spanning private and public sectors, including her current role within a Police Department. Known for her positive, customer-service-driven approach, she believes understanding individual stories and applying servant leadership is key to gaining voluntary compliance and enhancing community quality of life.
Rachel is deeply involved in the profession, serving on the Colorado Chapter ICC Board of Directors and previously as an ICC Board Shadow. She co-hosts the live-streamed "Code Concepts" show, interviewing diverse industry professionals, and contributes to the free resource page codeenforcementeducators.com.
Passionate about outreach and education, Rachel is developing a children's animation series ("Fiona the Fox") to introduce code enforcement concepts at a young age, aiming to foster future interest in the field. She actively creates training opportunities for colleagues.
