Lorena Soules
Chief Building Official, City of Redondo BeachLorena Soules is an experienced building code compliance and accessibility specialist with over two decades of expertise in municipal services across Southern and Central California. She has held leadership positions, including Chief Building Official, Permit Center Supervisor, and Residential Plans Examiner. Lorena previously served as the Director of Education for the Certified Access Specialist Institute (CASI) and currently Chairs the Disability Access Committee for ICC Los Angeles Basin Chapter. Lorena is a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) accredited by the California Division of the State Architect and holds multiple certifications from the International Code Council, including Certified Building Official.
