Hermes Parra is an environmental health and safety instructor with deep expertise in lead, asbestos, and hazardous materials compliance. With family roots in the abatement industry since the 1980’s; almost 20 years of personal experience in the hazardous materials industry himself and over a decade of instruction experience, Hermes brings a unique, engaging teaching style backed by hands-on field work and regulatory knowledge. He is accredited by Cal-OSHA, CDPH, and the EPA, and holds CDPH Lead Inspector/Risk Assessment certification along with a DOSH Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) certification. Known for making complex topics approachable, Hermes is passionate about preparing professionals to meet today’s environmental safety standards with confidence.
