Hans Sievert
President/Instructor, Gemini Training SolutionsHans Sievert is a Captain Paramedic with the Warren, Michigan Fire Department, where he has proudly served for over 20 years. Throughout his career, Hans has been a member of multiple specialized teams, including the City of Warren Technical Rescue Team, the Macomb County Technical Rescue Team, and the State of Michigan Task Force 1 Urban Search and Rescue Team. In addition to these roles, he is the team leader of the Warren Fire Department Tactical Medic Team, which is assigned to the Warren Police SWAT team—a position he has held for over 10 years.
Hans is a passionate advocate for emergency preparedness and safety, believing that everyone should be equipped to respond effectively in crisis situations. As a Paramedic Instructor Coordinator and Fire Instructor, he is dedicated to sharing his extensive knowledge with others, particularly in the areas of CPR, bleeding control, and active violence emergency response (AVERT). As the President of Gemini Training Solutions, Hans empowers individuals and organizations to be prepared for emergencies by teaching life-saving skills and techniques that can make a significant impact in critical moments.
As a technical rescue specialist and swift water technician Hans has responded to numerous national disasters, including those in North Carolina, Texas, Vermont, and Louisiana.
Hans is on a mission to empower people to save lives, firmly believing that with the right training, anyone can make a life-saving difference when it matters most. His extensive experience, leadership, and dedication to safety have made him a trusted expert in emergency response and preparedness.
