With over 20 years of experience in local government, Carrie currently serves as the Code Enforcement Manager, where she has built a strong foundation in the code profession and now manages safety and compliance efforts within her community.
In addition to her leadership at Gemini Training Solutions, Carrie is proud to be part of a company recognized as an ICC Preferred Provider of training. Through GTS, she is committed to offering high-quality, practical safety training that meets industry standards and equips individuals and organizations with the skills to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Carrie’s career spans a broad range of safety-related fields, from developing training programs to certification and emergency preparedness. She is dedicated to making safety accessible and impactful for all levels of participants, from local jurisdictions, businesses and communities.
Beyond her professional roles, Carrie actively gives back to her community. She volunteers as a Disaster Action Team member with the American Red Cross and serves as a "Greyshirt" with Team Rubicon, a disaster relief organization. A proud native of Los Angeles, Carrie is deeply invested in both her career and her volunteer efforts, working to enhance safety and resilience in the communities she serves.
