Bryan Wagner
Code Enforcement Manager, City of WestervilleBryan is the Code Enforcement Manager for the City of Westerville, Ohio, in which he manages Code Enforcement, Business Licensing, Financial Assistance Programs, and Social Work services for the community. His career has also included tenures as Acting Planning Manager and Acting Building Official. Bryan has over 31 years of experience in the code enforcement profession and is a strong advocate of continuing education. Bryan previously served on the American Association of Code Enforcement (AACE) executive board as President, Vice President, 2nd Vice President, and Past President. He also served two terms on the International Code Council (ICC) Exam Development Committee (EDC). When not at work, Bryan is an active Westerville Sunrise Rotarian and enjoys volunteering. He's also surprisingly good at walking on stilts (a skill rarely needed in code enforcement!). You might recognize Bryan from training he's provided at other state and national conferences including EduCode, AACE, the National Property Preservation Conference, the Code Enforcement League of Arizona, and others. Bryan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from The Ohio State University and holds multiple ICC certifications. Bryan has been married to Amiee for 30 years and they have 3 spoiled children and one spoiled German Shepherd rescue (who believes he's in charge of code enforcement in the back yard!).
